My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room, although facing the noisy bar, was quiet and decent. The service was excellent, with helpful staff always available. The location in the heart of the city was perfect for exploring. Dining was satisfactory but could use more variety. Facilities were adequate, but the room rate didn't fully match the experience.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was excellent, right in the heart of old Bolzano, near everything. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, offering a truly cozy experience. The service was top-notch, with the staff being fantastic, very attentive, and helpful with all our needs. However, the dining experience could be improved, as the food options, while fine, were not spectacular.
